Conflict Rules

1. No Random Deathmatching (RDM)

You may not engage in combat without proper roleplay initiation.

Requirements:

  • Verbal interaction must occur before violence

  • Players must be given time to react and respond

  • Must allow for counterplay

Includes:

  • Shootings

  • Drive-bys

  • Vehicle-based attacks

No RP → No combat


2. No Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM)

Vehicles may not be used as weapons.

Exception:

You may use a vehicle once to escape if:

  • There is no other option

  • It is reasonable for survival

  • You are still valuing your life

Not Allowed:

  • Repeatedly hitting players

  • Using vehicles offensively in combat


3. Camping Teleports & Ladders

Do not camp areas where players have no ability to react.

Includes:

  • Elevators

  • Housing doors

  • Ladders

  • Any forced entry/exit point

Not Allowed:

  • Attacking immediately upon exit

  • Holding players at gunpoint with no reaction time

Allowed only if:

  • There is clear RP buildup

  • Players have a fair chance to:

    • React

    • Retreat

    • Take cover


Certain types of roleplay require explicit consent from all involved parties.

This includes:

  • Extended torture RP

  • Dismemberment RP

If any participant (including witnesses) does not consent:

  • Do not proceed


5. Conflict Numbers Rules

General Conflict:

  • Civilian & criminal conflicts: 6v6 maximum

  • Police may exceed 5 based on SOP's


Turf / Property Defense:

A turf must be:

  • A small, defined area (not entire regions)

  • Established through RP (presence, or recognition)

Rules:

  • If attacked on your turf, those already present may defend

  • Players not present at the start may NOT join beyond the limit

  • You may NOT:

    • Bait or lead fights to your turf to bypass limits

Example: You cannot claim all of Little Seoul, only a specific, established area


Heists:

  • Maximum: 6 criminals

  • Police limit: 8 officers


6. Endless Conflict

All conflicts must have a natural resolution.

Not Allowed:

  • Repeatedly engaging in the same conflict without progression

  • Ignoring opportunities to resolve conflict

  • Constant retaliation with no endpoint

This may be considered:

  • NVL (Not Valuing Life)

  • Griefing

You must allow room for:

  • De-escalation

  • Resolution

  • Story progression


7. Conflict Cooldown

Repeated large-scale shootouts in a short timeframe are not allowed.

Example:

  • Multiple mass-casualty shootouts within hours

This is considered:

Fail RP

Allow time between major conflicts for RP to develop.


8. Pocket Wiping

You may not take excessive items without RP justification.

Not Allowed:

  • Taking everything from a player with no reason

  • Using robbery purely to strip inventory

Allowed:

  • Taking key or valuable items with RP reasoning

Example:

✔ Taking a weapon or valuable goods ❌ Taking food, water, weapons, and all misc items with no purpose


9. Police Farming & Looting

Do not exploit police interactions for gain.

Not Allowed:

  • Looting police equipment / weapons

  • Looting someone you know for personal gain who is on duty as Police / EMS

Allowed:

  • Looting supplies like armour during conflict to aid with survival (you still cannot loot PD weapons or equipment)

  • Kidnapping police with strong RP justification

Low-effort or profit-driven interactions will be treated as rule violations. Anyone employed as Police / EMS and whom is complicit will be fired, blacklisted and permanently banned.
